[Carousel Combat Tracker] Custom Tracker Image

Description

Add a field to tokens to select a tracker image, and then add an option when selecting the image to use the Custom Tracker Image. Allows users to make their own custom pictures for Carousel Combat Tracker that are more cinematic.
