Description
A couple of changes that would be nice now that we can just use a simple actor as the party indicator within the map.

Always show party indicator on top. For me it seems that the indicator I created gets pushed behind the other map icons.

Option to have the indicator not be locked along with the other map pins that are not changed quite as often.
