Investigation Board - Drag and drop, notes directly on board items

Really loving the new investigation board, so thank you for delivering on this, and thanks to the group for voting for it!

One really nice to have feature would be the ability to drag and drop actors (and maybe journal entries) onto the board. It could pull their image and name by default. Then a double-click could launch the respective actor/journal entry.

It would also be very nice to add a note/description to an item or a connection. So make a connection, then double click it to edit a basic note that shows and moves with the connection. Same with the board items directly.
