Simple Quest - Table of Contents width control and collapse/expand button

Usability Feature 1: Option of manually control the width of Table of Contents (Left side). By holding and dragging the separation. Today works automatically, as you increase the size of the window the Left side also increases width. Most of times for me occupying too much screen.

Usability Feature 2: Collapse/Expand Table of Contents Button. A button that allows collapsing/expanding the Table of Contents (Left Side) on Simple Quest. Giving the option to hide the ToC
