Description
I want to be able to setup the Default Time for the Recipes of a whole book, instead of having to set it for each recipe I also want to be able to manage the Player Permissions by being able to set as Default 'Deny' for all Recipes Books, than each Recipe Book should have its one Default value and than each player, like it is now, should have its own config
