MMM - Maxwell's Manual of Malicious Maladies set injury roll to GM

Description

I was wondering if its possible to add a setting so that all MMM roll requests go to the DM or a specific user (the DM) so I can make the decision about when to roll it. I really like the module but i would very much like to choose.
