Hover Distance: Provide support for Meters and custom values

Option to overlay additional grid values, (like the module "Additional Metric Ruler Labels" does (pic attached).

In my use case, I'd like to see three values simultaneously:

• Distance in feet

• Distance in meters.

• Distance in a custom value. Eg. "S" for "Square" or "F" for "Field" to represent the distance in squares/hexes if a grid is present.

Idieally this option adheres to defining options like the Grid Diagonal distance measuring in the 5E Core Settings. I don't know if this can me made ruleset agnostic.
