Party HUD - Include Characters/Actors assigned to Users with GM/Assistant GM roles in the Party HUD

Description

I'm a player who has an Assistant GM role in my friend's campaign because I'm more familiar with Foundry than he is. The Party HUD only showcases characters with the (user) role of Players. It isn't uncommon to have Assistant GM players.
